It is a sordid case that has deemed the tribunal correctionnel de Tarbes this Thursday, in a hearing behind closed doors. A mother appeared for sexual assaults on a minor of 13 years who had been placed in this home in September 2012. A child in the already painful past and for which total parental authority had been delegated to the general Council services.
