Justice must rely on the application of factual evidence before open and honest tribunals. In a Free and Democratic Society all those persons standing accused before a Court of Justice must be formally charged with a recognised crime. The children of those persons standing before a Court of Justice accused of no crime should never be considered for adoption by any Government or State without the express permission of their birth parents. All evidence presented to Courts of Justice must be subject to rules of Perjury and that all persons giving false evidence must be subject to those rules. All those persons standing before a Court of Justice in a Free and Democratic Society must be subject to the identical rules of Justice as covers all criminal proceedings without interference from Government or Government appointed Ministers. Therefore we the undersigned place before this International Criminal Court of Justice a complaint and allegation of Crimes against Humanity. This complaint is that those individuals listed below are responsible for the abuse of their position within the Government of the United Kingdom and in past Government of the United Kingdom in that they knowingly supported a system of persecution against children and their parent/s by allowing a system of forced adoption of children to be conducted against the parent’s wishes in contravention of the aim of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights under Article 5 - No one shall be subjected to torture or to cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment or punishment. That the accused knowingly allowed local government officials to act detrimentally to the freedom, structure and wellbeing of families by placing parents for trial before secret (closed) courts without formal criminal charge of any recognised criminal act against the Declaration of Human Rights Article 7 - All are equal before the law and are entitled without any discrimination to equal protection of the law. All are entitled to equal protection against any discrimination in violation of this Declaration and against any incitement to such discrimination. That the accused knowingly allowed perjury, the lack of factual evidence and the absence of a jury and restricted freedom of the press to identify the perpetrators of Crimes against Humanity by way of holding a system of secret (closed) courts against The Declaration of Human Rights Article 7 - All are equal before the law and are entitled without any discrimination to equal protection of the law. All are entitled to equal protection against any discrimination in violation of this Declaration and against any incitement to such discrimination. That the accused knowingly allowed these actions to continue in a way that restricted the right of the individuals brought before the secret (closed) courts access to open and honest justice and without formal criminal charge in contravention of The Declaration of Human Rights Article 7 - All are equal before the law and are entitled without any discrimination to equal protection of the law. All are entitled to equal protection against any discrimination in violation of this Declaration and against any incitement to such discrimination. That the accused knowingly placed individuals before secret (closed) courts without criminal charge to be denied the rights given to those subject to criminal charge enshrined in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights under Article 10 of the Declaration that - Everyone is entitled in full equality to a fair and public hearing by an independent and impartial tribunal, in the determination of his rights and obligations and of any criminal charge against him. That the accused knowingly violated the Universal Declaration of Human Rights under Article 30 by allowing performance of acts by secret (closed) courts that destroyed and denied the Rights and Freedoms of those persons placed before the secret (closed) courts without criminal charge as set forth and enshrined in the Universal Declaration of the Human Rights to which the United Kingdom is a signatory That in addition the accused knowingly placed the individuals before these secret (closed) courts to be denied those rights as may be applicable and enshrined in the European Human Rights Act 1998 to which the United Kingdom Government is a signatory.
