The foundations of tort law By Amandine raided - October 2006 Tort is a legal process allowing the setting in liability of persons who cause injury to others with for obligation to repair the damage suffered by the victim. La responsabilité civile délictuelle found its basis in articles 1382 s. of Civil code, or more specifically in articles 1382 to 1386 of the civil Code. Each section sets out a special responsibility that fits the behavior of the individual.
