Article L145-1

The representative of the State in the Department and the President of the General Council provide, by convention, the establishment of a commission of the social emergency action to ensure the coordination devices likely to allocate aid, including financial, to persons and families facing serious difficulties.

The commission includes representatives of the services of the State, General Council, Commons and boxes of family allowances, and any other body involved in respect of the devices referred to in the preceding paragraph.
