On the contrary the Government has passed a law giving full powers to the social assistance to children's Services, the famous act of 05 March 2007 that allows ESA and unscrupulous magistrates of the right to remove children from families who have nothing to be blamed. Little reminder: it is better to remove healthy children to their families than children who are actually abused and in danger in their families.
