Finally, we can make a difference in the level of the drug. In fact two forms (see below) are implemented to address the secondary effects of the drugs then do not hesitate.

New: Patients and patient associations can now directly report the adverse effects of drugs
Since June 12, 2011, patients can now declare the secondary effects of psychotropic drugs, without going through their doctor.

REPORTING-PATIENT OF EFFECT (S) ROGUE (LIE (S) IS A DRUG

This form is intended to gather information on any adverse reactions (i.e. any event harmful unintended), that you suspect to be linked to the taking of a drug.

GUIDE D USE

You have taken one or more drugs and you think that one of them may be led to an unintended reaction (side effect), during or after your treatment.
The Afssaps has implemented a form, to allow you to report this suspected adverse reactions and to indicate all the information needed for its evaluation. This guide will help you to best fill this form. Once completed, you will need to send it to the Centre regional de Pharmacovigilance (CRPV) you rely on geographically, and how the coordinates are indicated on the back of the form.
