Les travailleurs sociaux de l'enfance ressemblent à des policiers plus occupés à verbaliser qu’à coincer les gros trafiquants. En conséquence les bavures des services de l’aide sociale à l’enfance se multiplient, entre bambins martyrs non protégés et placements abusifs.

En dépit d’un certain nombre d’Outreau, la profession n’a pourtant pas encore la mauvaise presse qu’elle mérite. Elle continue de susciter des vocations dans les couches d’une population éprise de transformation sociale et ignorant à peu près tout du fonctionnement normal des familles. Les travailleurs sociaux des associations, les fonctionnaires de l’ASE, les enquêteurs de la PJJ, les assistantes sociales, les divers psychologues et autres auxiliaires de l’enfance se situent en effet dans une relation ambiguë avec les parents. Censés leur apporter un soutien, ces personnels prennent souvent en charge des cas sociaux dont ils tentent de suppléer les insuffisances en maniant la récompense de l’aide financière et le bâton des mesures de placement.

Si une partie de ces personnels réalisent leur mission avec probité et sans a priori, la majorité, soit syndiquée à l’extrême gauche, soit bêtement complice, impose sa vison éducationnelle à des parents parfois « maltraitants » ou démissionnaires face à des situations de délinquance. Faute d’implication des parents, il faut bien que les enfants soient éduqués, même si, en l’occurrence, les préceptes dispensés sont fort douteux.

Cependant de plus en plus de parents mis sur la sellette ne sont pas les « familles à problèmes » ordinaires. Les « maltraitances » qui leur sont imputées et en raison desquelles on les privent d’exercer leur rôle naturel ressortent de véritables principes éducatifs, très différents de ceux professés dans les séminaires d’associations de la protection de l’enfance.

Seront alors incriminés des faits de privation de sortie ou de chat sur MSN, des systèmes non dégradants de punitions ou récompenses sur résultats scolaires, la surveillance des fréquentations, l’utilisation d’un vocabulaire un peu trop étendu des parents, … Chaque élément étant prétendument constitutif de pressions scolaires inadmissibles, qui engendrent un stress et un anticonformisme élitiste qu’il convient de réprimer. Seront également abordées les positions à tenir lors de conflits entre parents divorcés, lorsque l’un d’entre eux est visiblement « plus cool » et « progressiste » que l’autre.

La galaxie des travailleurs sociaux n’est pas infaillible et, quand ces derniers interviennent dans des milieux peu habitués à leur contact, soit les parents, forts de leur conscience tranquille, ne se préparent pas à ce qui va leur arriver – ignorant que, comme les polyvalents, les enquêteurs sociaux repartent rarement sans effectuer de redressement ; soit ils éprouvent de la peur et de la culpabilité. Les insouciants finiront d’ailleurs eux aussi rapidement par adopter une telle attitude car, pour une famille qui n’a rien à se reprocher dans ses pratiques, l’irruption du travailleur social jugeant selon ses propres critères psycho-bourdieusiens, c’est un peu la garde à vue. L’épreuve ne se terminera pas sans que l’on ait dû lâcher quelques aveux et procéder à une autocritique en règle. Après tout, qui n’a absolument rien à se reprocher, quel couple parental est exemplaire, ne se chamaille jamais, n’élève jamais la voix ?

Plus de la moitié des placements sont abusifs !

Faute de concéder quelques erreurs, les parents seront réputés non coopérants, voire fous dangereux et le cas de leurs enfants sera rapidement réglé. Devant cette menace, les parents non défaillants qui subissent ce genre d’épreuve sont souvent amenés à coopérer en pensant ainsi limiter les dégâts. Coopérer sans arrière-pensée n’est pourtant pas la meilleure solution, car il existe des associations, des groupes de parents qui peuvent aider en indiquant les erreurs à ne pas faire et les moyens de mettre en échec les petits Torquemada du social.

Cependant les parents n’en ont pas forcément la ressource, car leur mise en cause occasionne un véritable état de choc qui les amène à douter d’eux-mêmes et à croire à l’expertise éducationnelle de leurs inquisiteurs. Une fois le pied dans l’engrenage de la confiance, ils peuvent s’accabler et donner ainsi aux travailleurs sociaux le moyen de mettre en place une mesure dispensatrice de financements. Le jack-pot, c’est le placement à 6 000 euros par mois et par tête de pipe. Pourtant, pas moins d’un placement sur deux est abusif, selon l’association « Le fil d’Ariane ».

Qu’importe ! Cela permet de faire vivre de nombreux éducateurs et travailleurs sociaux, avec la complicité de magistrats qui entérinent les demandes de placements et accréditent des dossiers à charge. Les dommages psychologiques pour les parents et les enfants sont irréversibles ; mais des postes de travailleurs sociaux sont générés et le casernement des progénitures permet d’écarter les parents en tant que référents. Les enfants peuvent alors être extirpés de « milieux bourgeois » pour devenir beaucoup plus malléables aux conceptions aberrantes des éducateurs…

La déstructuration de la famille sera aussi dénoncée par les parents responsables, mais la plupart du temps de façon maladroite, permettant ainsi au travailleur social de faire admettre que l’intention de l’intervention est toujours bonne, même si ses effets sont désastreux.

Les parents victimes ne sont pas innocents pour les travailleurs sociaux, puisque le mode éducatif non déviant des premiers ne serait pas suffisamment épanouissant selon la conception que se font les seconds de l’enfant libre dans la pouponnière collective. Ces principes ne sont cependant pas trop invoqués car ils pourraient choquer ; or il faut aussi s’attirer la compréhension des parents, quitte à se répartir les rôles entre travailleurs sociaux flagellateurs et consolants.

Quelques bourreaux se lamenteront hypocritement sur la procédure trop expéditive, d’autres bourreaux diront qu’ils ne font qu’obéir, et les parents sont incités à manifester leur mécontentement à l’égard du gouvernement. Les criminels, rejetant la responsabilité de leurs crimes sur ceux-là même qui sont censés les contrôler, agissent comme les activateurs d’un syndrome de Stockholm en réorientant la colère des familles victimes, non contre leurs coteries, mais contre un exécutif censé mettre fin à des pratiques d’enlèvements à visées politiques.

Ainsi a-t-on pu voir des parents exemplaires sous tout point de vue, dont les enfants, pour leur malheur, ont été reformatés en futurs assujettis par l’aide sociale, manifester pour que des moyens supplémentaires soient offerts aux travailleurs sociaux, et que soit pérennisée l’inquisition qu’ils subissent ! Ainsi soutenus, les petits Torquemada font même peur au gouvernement, qui n’ose plus remettre en cause la mafia de l’aide sociale de peur de voir les parents victimes s’interposer entre la justice et leurs bourreaux !

Un couple de végétaliens a été condamné à 30 mois de prison ferme, pour « privation de soins ou d’aliments suivie de mort », après le décès de leur bébé de 11 mois, qui ne pesait que 5,7 kilos. | AFP/ILLUSTRATION.

Un couple de végétaliens a été condamné vendredi par la cour d’assises de la Somme à cinq ans de prison, dont 30 mois ferme. L’un de leurs enfants, Louise, une fillette de 11 mois, est décédée en 2008 à cause d’un régime alimentaire jugé nettement insuffisant pour un bébé de son âge.
Le régime adopté par les parents et imposé à leurs enfants proscrit en effet tout aliment d’origine animale.
Elle ne pesait que 5,7 kilos à onze mois
Selon les experts, le décès de la fillette est non seulement lié à des carences nutritives mais également à l’absence de soins médicaux traditionnels. Peu de temps avant sa mort, la petite Louise contracte une bronchite. Ses parents, Joël et Sergine Le Moaligou, décident de la soigner à l’aide de cataplasmes à l’argile et de massages à l’huile de camphre et d’ail. Mais l’état de l’enfant s’aggrave. La pâleur de Louise et sa maigreur (elle ne pèse que 5,7 kilos) résignent le couple de végétaliens à appeler les pompiers. Trop tard. Une fois arrivés dans la maison familiale de Saint-Maulvis (Somme), les secours n’ont pu que constater la mort du bébé.
L’avocate générale souligne «l’aveuglement» du couple
«Ce sont des parents qui en voulant surprotéger leur enfant l’ont laissée mourir», a plaidé l’avocat de la mère, Me Stéphane Daquo. L’avocate générale, elle, a souligné «l’aveuglement, la certitude d’être dans le vrai du couple», sans remettre en cause l’amour qu’ils avaient pour Louise. La cour a également décidé un retrait partiel de l’autorité parentale du couple sur leur autre fille, Elodie, 12 ans, portant seulement sur les affaires de scolarité et de santé.

Magdeleine sentito rumori sotto il portico e poi separatamente un "toc toc" ritmico, molto caratteristico. No, questo non poteva essere, e poi lo era nel mezzo della notte... Suo cuore ha fatto un salto nel petto, lei fu svegliato dal marito: "Avete sentito?" "Presto, vedrò."

Appena fuori del suo sonno, Joseph il pescato fino in fondo alle scale e fu il primo ad aprire la porta.


-Vanessa sei mio caro! Il piccolo lui saltò nel braccio.

Vanessa era rapidamente diventato abituata a chiamare mamma e papà e il loro figlio Antoine era suo fratello, che avevano più forza di contraddire come hanno fatto all'inizio.
