Joelle Ceccaldi-Raynaud (UMP) heard on suspicions of financial embezzlements

The UMP deputy and mayor of Puteaux, Joelle Ceccaldi-Raynaud, was heard in August like witness assisted by a judge of Nanterre in an investigation into suspicions of financial embezzlements, one learned Tuesday near his lawyer, confirming information of Duck Connected to appear Wednesday.
“Mrs. Ceccaldi-Raynaud was convened like witness assisted on August 1 and preserved her statute of assisted witness. The instruction is enclosed and no infringement neither is reproached, nor reproachable Mrs. Ceccaldi-Raynaud”, declared in AFP Me Remi-Pierre Drai.
The legal instruction opened in Nanterre for corruption and abuse social goods is related to the attribution of a market by the inter-commune trade union of district heating of Defense (Sicudef) at the Enerpart company, created for the occasion by three associated, Jean Bonnefont, ex-leader of French Coal Board, Bernard Forterre, ex-leader of Vivendi and Laurent Gimel.
In this business, the father of elected, the UMP ex-senator-mayor of Puteaux Charles Ceccaldi-Raynaud, with which it has been in open conflict for several years, were put in examination in 2007 for “favouritism, concealment of abuse social goods and passive corruption”.
According to Connected Duck, within the framework of this investigation, Charles Ceccaldi-Raynaud showed his daughter to have touched occult commissions.
The newspaper details that Mrs. Ceccaldi-Reynaud opened in September 1996 an account in Luxembourg on which it deposited “20 million frank”, “coming from a heritage of grandmother”. Several deposits were made on this account, estimated in 2005 at “more than 4 million euros”.
This account was, according to the newspaper, enclosed April 2009 and “transferred towards an unknown destination”.
“The things are clear, this money, which was in Switzerland when it inherited it, is purely family and it made gift with her daughter a long time ago”, has of it tells Me Drai, specifying that these funds are from now on in France and that the rights there afférant “are or will be paid”.
Solicited by AFP, the deputy-mayor of Puteaux did not wish to make comment.
